Austin Symons

General Manager

Austin has 25 years of experience as a Service technician. He is known for his positive attitude and helps out in all areas of the business. He not only manages the business but also helps out when needed in Service, Installation, and Sales. Austin is married and has 2 children. He and his wife Fauna enjoy spending time with their kids and love the outdoors.

Kristine

Office Manager

When you call our office, Kristine is one of the sweet voices that greets you on the phone. Kristine makes sure the office operates efficiently; scheduling, installation, and dispatch are all taken care of. During the busy times of the year, Ashley and her are both making sure the phones are being answered and returned promptly. Kristine is married and has 3 children. She and her husband, Jeff, are very active with their kids’ sports.

Ashley

Lead Dispatcher

Ashley, a proud Oceana County native, brings four years of HVAC industry experience to her new role as a sales representative at Adams Heating & Cooling. Having previously excelled as a dispatcher, Ashley is excited to leverage her knowledge and passion to directly assist customers. When she’s not working, she enjoys quality time with her family, especially camping trips. Ashley thrives in the positive, family-like atmosphere at Adams and is eager to continue her professional growth while connecting with new clients on job sites.

Joel

Lead Retrofit Installer

Joel is the master when it comes to install. He makes your replacement unit look and work like a “showroom” installation. If you need a new furnace, geothermal, boiler, air conditioner, heat pump, or water heater, Joel is our guy. Joel takes pride in everything he does and is a team player. He is married to Debbie and has two young adult boys. He is an avid hunter and fisherman in his spare time.

Jack

Service Technician

When you need an Annual Service or have problems with your heating or cooling equipment, Jack is our guy. Jack not only strives in what he does in the field; He goes above and beyond to learn more and wants to evolve as equipment changes. Jack is fearless in stepping up and taking charge in whatever he does. Jack is married to Julia and loves the outdoors.

Jonathan

Assistant Retrofit Installer

Jonathan came in with little experience. He is one of our retrofit installers. Jonathan is a worker; in the past year, he has grown tremendously. He is one of our go-to guys for mini-split installs. Jonathan has recently got engaged to his fiancé, Shelby. They enjoy going out and spending time together with their friends and family.

Jermy

Assistant Retrofit Installer

Jermy is one of our install assistants. Jermy has such a great smile and brings a positive attitude. Most of the time you will see Jermy working alongside Joel. He makes for a great wingman and is getting great experience in learning the ins and outs to all the install jobs. Jermy has 2 children and loves spending time with family.

Daniel

Service technician

Most proud of being able to go from not being sure what he wanted to do as a future job to having an amazing career and family. The family consists of his wife and a daughter. Enjoy’s learning something new from his job everyday and believes that there is so much growth opportunity. A couple hobbies Daniel enjoys is watching boxing and making memories with his daughter of five months Nazareth. A fun fact about Daniel is that he is bilingual.

Joe H

Plumber

Joseph is married and has a 2 year old son. The things Joseph likes most about his job is serving the community and helping people with their needs. His favorite hobbies consist of camping, working out and spending quality time with family. A fun fact about Joseph is that he was a bass player in a traveling band in high school.

Service technician

Austin got married in the summer of this year to his fiance Stevie. They recently moved to Oceana County and will be building a home. What Austin enjoys most about his job is the part where he gets to help people. His two favorite hobbies are building trucks and going to the Silver lake sand dunes. A fun fact about Austin is that he has broken 27 bones in his body.

Meet Dana Miller, your cheerful dispatch expert, ensuring smooth sailing for all your HVAC and plumbing needs! As a former 911 dispatcher, Dana is delighted to share that she hasn’t had to use her phone CPR skills since joining our team. With her four children grown and four energetic grandchildren to enjoy, Dana’s love for travel and beach adventures brings a refreshing touch to our team. Rest easy knowing Dana’s whimsical spirit is guiding your home’s next big repair or tune-up!
