I had a big plumbing problem in my kitchen, so I called Adams Heating, Cooling and Plumbing and scheduled an appointment. Joe arrived right on the prearranged time and got right to work. I explained what was happening, what actions I had taken and what results I had, my theories and observations…he really listened to me and asked pertinent questions and then he went right to work on the problem. Joe was very polite, respectful and personable. He was efficient and honest, explaining everything to me when I asked questions. The situation that I called Adams to get fixed ended up being a massive bugger of a problem, that upon first inspection didn’t appear to be that big of a problem…. But as the job went on, it became clear that there was not a simple clogged kitchen drainage system. Joe kept at it and was determined to fix it. Joe made efficient decisions and didn’t take any actions that were not necessary. He corrected problems and fixed them as needed and encountered. What started out as a problem that seemed to be an easy fix was in reality a lot more complicated and tricky to fix than could have ever been imagined…. But Joe’s tenacity, determination and dedication to completing the task was evident…and he was successful in making my kitchen drains run better than they ever did before, even when they were new. He cleaned up behind himself and took care of any trash and mess that inevitably comes from working with a water drainage system. I will recommend Adams Heating and Plumbing to anyone who has need of a reliable, efficient and knowledgeable team of professionals.
