The Role: Lead HVAC Installer

You will:

• Lead residential and light commercial installs
• Set install standards and reduce callbacks
• Guide helpers professionally
• Communicate clearly with homeowners
• Keep jobs clean, organized, and efficient
• Represent the company with integrity

This role is HVAC-focused — not bouncing between random departments.

Compensation & Perks

Starting Pay: $25–$30/hr (based on experience)
Full-Time Position

• EPA certified
