The Role: Lead HVAC Installer
You will:
- Lead residential and light commercial installs
- Set install standards and reduce callbacks
- Guide helpers professionally
- Communicate clearly with homeowners
- Keep jobs clean, organized, and efficient
- Represent the company with integrity
This role is HVAC-focused — not bouncing between random departments.
Compensation & Perks
Starting Pay: $25–$30/hr (based on experience)

- 4+ years HVAC install experience
- Experience running or leading a crew
- EPA certified
- Clean driving record
